Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we will require to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling

Standard Shipping

With Registered Air Mail Service. You will get your item within 14-21 business days. It is a slow service, so if you need your item quickly please consider Expedited Shipping.

Expedited Shipping

With EMS Express Shipping Services. You will get your item within 3-7 business days.

We ship to the shipping address you provide during your checkout. Please, Make Sure you have the right address.
We will not be responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Should goods be returned for refund due to imistaken ordering or a change of mind after reseipt of goods, the full cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund and a 5% administration charge will be applied..

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch goods within 2-4 business days of purchase. In some rare occasions due to unexpected surge of demand a slight delay may occur. However, in such occasions, we endeavour to keep customers informed.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and notify you of an approximate despatch date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Shipping costs do not include duty taxes. You might be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of your package based on your country's rates. We urge our customers to check these costs before purchasing the item

Returns Policy

If products are found to be faulty on receipt, damaged during transit, found to be unfit for intended purpose, we will replace them at no extra cost or we will offer a refund.

·     If products are returned due to change of mind, we will refund the cost of goods, excluding the cost of P&P and 5% commission fee charged by the payment processing bank when processing the original transaction as we cannot recover this fee. In the instance of "change of mind" returns, the customer is also responsible for covering the cost of return postage and ensuring safe return of all items to us.

·     We ask that items are returned in “unused” original condition and with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You must call us or e-mail us prior to returning the goods to us to obtain reference number. We endeavour to respond to received e-mails within 1 working day, when possible.

Please note that if you intend to return the goods during the cancellation period, you have a 'duty of care' towards these goods and their packaging!

Certain consumables and personal items, such as probes, tips, diodes or cosmetics, treatment creams, etc. are not returnable once the seal on their protective plastic packaging has been broken or opened. This is due to personal nature of such products and for hygiene reasons.

·   You must call us or e-mail us before returning goods to obtain your return reference.

·   Please send back the original documents with the item and ensure that your name and address are quoted on all correspondence.

·    Obtain a proof of postage - tracking number -  as if goods get lost in transit you will need to reclaim their value from the shipping company/Post Office. Always return goods with "signature on delivery".

·    Refunds will be made via the same channels as original payments.

·    Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
